Wiss77 implements an identity verification process (KYC) as a security and compliance measure. You may be required to submit verification documents including a copy of your identification card, proof of address, and relevant banking documents. All bonuses and promotions offered by wiss77 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each promotional offer. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand the terms of each bonus before claiming it. wiss77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Bonuses received must meet the specified wagering requirement before the bonus funds or any wins generated from those bonuses may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal is permitted.
Any attempt to exploit or abuse the wiss77 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, hedge betting using bonus funds, or any strategy designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play risk — is strictly prohibited.
Bonus abuse will result in the immediate forfeiture of all related bonuses and wins, and your account may be permanently suspended or terminated depending on the severity of the violation.
All games on the wiss77 platform operate using an independently audited random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency. Game outcomes are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear documented evidence of a technical failure.
In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game session, wiss77 will resolve the situation in accordance with its established technical resolution policy. If a bet cannot be properly settled due to the disruption, the bet will be declared void and funds will be returned to the member's account.

You may close your wiss77 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure is processed, all valid remaining funds in your account will be returned to your registered bank account upon completion of the required identity verification.
